Our skewers “ Satay Ayam” are made from 100% free-range chicken marinated in a mixture of original Asian spices such as coriander, chopped lemongrass, garlic, ginger and sweet soy sauce, served with delicious peanut sauce that you want to drizzle on pretty much everything.
Fun fact: Satay is originally an Indonesian and Malaysian dish, consisting of three or more pieces of roasted meat on a thin wooden skewer, usually made of bamboo. The Indonesian name for it is sate (sometimes also sateh or satai).
In Malaysia and Singapore, it is often seen as satay. The Indonesian/Malay word sate is derived from the Tamil word catai.
