For our cheese soufflées, we went on a journey to source some great Australian cheeses, each with their own specific flavour. By combining these cheeses, we have created our own unique blend, which is perfect for the filling of our tasty and creamy cheese soufflé.
Fun fact: This is the first cheese soufflé on the Australian market, which contains 100% Australian cheeses, while still following the traditional Dutch recipe.
Mini Dutch Cheese Soufflé
Deep fry the mini cheese soufflé at 180°, using canola, vegetable or sunflower oil. Gently flip the mini cheese soufflé when it starts to float, to cook it evenly.
Frozen Defrosted Deep fryer 4 minutes 3 minutes
The products can pop open when the temperature of the oil is too high or too low, therefore we recommend cooking no more than 4 mini products in a small deep fryer or 8 mini products in a larger deep fryer at a time.
Let them cool down for 1 to 2 minutes after cooking, the filling can be very hot! Products can not be refrozen once defrosted
